Sadly there doesn't seem to be an emulator, as far as I know, that can run anything between Mac OS 9.1 and 10. Googling this topic yielded results that VB could not do this, but all the results were from 2008 to 2012. By Bios, do you mean the Mac ROM? I don't think PearPC takes a ROM though, that is only SheepShaver. I am hoping that the newest release of Virtual Box will allow me to run Mac OS 9.0.4 or Mac OS 9.2.1 on a Mac Pro Tower running Mac OS 11.4.4. However, I think PearPC can only boot OS X 10.1 and up, not even 10.0, so I doubt that OS X Server 1.x would run either. PearPC is good for OS X, yes - I've run 10.4 Tiger on it and it is a very useable speed. The early days of OS X were also ok (10.0-10.3 were sluggish, os 10.4 was perfection, 10.5 awful (in my opinion) 10.6 snow leopard almost near perfection) however from Leopard onwards Mac OS X has lost something for me, and for years I didn't realise what it was because the changes were so slow. Out of curiosity, I've personally run OS X 10.3 under PearPC, and it was surprisingly usable on a 2GHz Pentium-M. If, like I did, you have a Mac OS/PPC install CD (I had 8.6), then you should be able to find a BIOS on there (if you're using Windows, try MacDisk or HFVExplorer for this).
